LDCC Executive Board
Executive Board members are elected by the committee to serve two-year terms. The Executive Board is responsible for planning and facilitating meetings, guiding general strategy and outreach, and organizing and supporting LDCC member activities.
Nastasia Lawton-Sticklor

Co-Chair
Nastasia is an educator, researcher, and climate organizer. She is a core team member at the Climate Disobedience Center and teaches in the department of Sustainability and Social Justice at Clark University. Nastasia has been a member of the LDCC since 2018.
Brandon Robbins

Co-Chair
Brandon is the Executive Director of Ginny's Helping Hand, Inc. and an At-Large City Councilor. He previously served on the Leominster School Community and is active in the community. Brandon has been a member of LDCC since 2016.
Sue Chalifoux Zephir

Vice Chair
Sue is a life-long resident of Leominster and an At-Large City Councilor. She has been a member of LDCC since 2010 and has volunteered extensively in the community.
Natalie Higgins

Secretary
Natalie has been a member of the LDCC since 2016, and previously served as the Affirmative Action & Outreach Advisor and as a Democratic State Committee Member representing the Worcester & Middlesex District. Natalie is currently serving her fifth term as State Representative in the 4th Worcester District, serving the City of Leominster.
Marcy Rothenberg

Treasurer
Marcy has been a Leominster resident since 2018 and joined the LDCC in 2020. She has been an educator for over 35 years and has been active in local politics and community organizations. She is a proud mom and grandma.
Sam Cavalheiro

Outreach and Affirmative Action Director
Sam is a graduate student in Public Affairs at UMass Amherst and is currently Outreach Director! He has been a member of the LDCC since 2022 and loves to help in any way he can.
Caleb Weldon

Social Media Director
Caleb is a mechanical engineer and proud graduate of Leominster High School class of 2017. He has been a member of LDCC since 2020 and is currently running for At-Large School Committee.
